Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Request

To request a return, please provide the following information:

1. Name: The name used on your credit or debit card.
2. Product Photo: Attach a clear photo of the product (maximum file size: 2MB).
3. Problem Description: A short description of the issue with the product.
4. Contact Information: Your email address and phone number.
5. Order Number: Include only your order number in the email subject line.

Please email your RMA request to this address.

NOTE:

• If any of the above information is missing, the RMA request will fail.
• The attached product photo should clearly show the problem. If the file is too large, the RMA request will fail.
• The problem description should be in English, otherwise delays may occur.
• Be sure you have reviewed our Return Policy before submitting the RMA request. Any RMA requests not satisfying our return policy will be declined.
