Printing and Embroidery Methods
Printing Methods
- Direct-to-Garment (DTG) Printing: Prints designs directly onto garments using inkjet technology. Ideal for detailed, colorful designs.
- All-Over Printing: Prints designs on fabric which is then cut and sewn into products. Perfect for patterns and large-scale designs.
- Sublimation: Transfers designs from paper to products using heat, suitable for vibrant, all-over designs on items like mugs and phone cases.
- Direct-to-Film (DTF) Printing: Similar to sublimation but for fabrics unsuitable for DTG. Good for intricate graphics and small texts.
- Knitting: Designs are knitted directly into the fabric, perfect for complex patterns and detailed graphics.
Embroidery Methods
- Flat Embroidery: Stitches are flat on the surface, ideal for simple designs and text.
- Tatami Fill: Uses rows of run stitches to fill large areas with a textured look.
- 3D Puff Embroidery: Raises the embroidery for a three-dimensional effect, often used for big shapes.
- Satin Stitch Outline: Long, straight stitches outline objects or cap a 3D puff design.
- Run Stitch: Single line stitch used for small design details.
