How To Add Your Club Logo or Artwork
By adding your club, you’ll make it easy for members, and fans, to find and buy the apparel and gear that suits them. With your club logo. All in one place! For a limited time, we will add your logo for FREE.

If you would like to have DockSwag.com add your club, here is how to do it:
Step 1
Be sure you read and agree to our Terms and Conditions. You should also review our acceptable content guidelines found below.
Step 2
Then prepare your logo or artwork ensuring that it is at least 300dpi resolution or higher.
NOTE: Artwork or logo must be at least 300dpi. Please ensure the file is appropriately sized for your product (e.g., circular logo patch 3 inches in diameter: 900 x 900 pixels, or a rectangular patch 3 x 2 inches: 900 x 600 pixels). The file format should be in PNG (for transparency background), or JPG (for no background transparency), 4MB file size maximum!
Step 3
Prepare an email and attach your logo.
NOTE: Be sure to put Add My Club in the subject line. You must also include:

Step 4
Email your logo or artwork here.
That’s it! Done.
After reviewing your request, we will be in touch through the contact information you provided, if we need anything further.
Please note: We will need some time to propagate your logo or artwork onto the product(s) you specified (i.e. SKU#). It could take us a few days to get everything setup. Check back later and refresh the store page. Keep in mind however, some products are reserved and will not have your logo or artwork shown on them.
Also, if the file size is too large or the wrong format, your application will fail. If there is missing information that we need (as mentioned above) the application will fail.
Acceptable Content Guideline
Illegal Content: We will remove content that depicts child pornography. Obscene content, or content that depicts, promotes or praises crimes, illegal or otherwise harmful activities, terrorism and/or individuals, groups or organizations promoting any of the aforementioned also will not be tolerated. Thus, your application will be denied.
Avoid explicit nudity or suggestive content. Also, we don’t tolerate content that expresses hatred towards or attacks on any person, group and/or their protected characteristics (such as but not limited to age, race, ethnicity, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, or disability). You cannot upload this sort of hateful content on our site—it’s just not in the spirit of DockSwag.

“Do I have to add a logo or artwork to buy anything from your store?”
No. DockSwag has its own line of merchandise with the DockSwag™ logo. Including other products without the logo. Available for anyone to purchase.

What exactly is included when we add our club logo?
This means we will add your club logo to all our applicable apparels for free making it easier for club members to find and buy apparel with your club logo on them. Your logo will be re-usable on most apparels we offer without additional cost to the club. No additional setup or digitizing fees, provided you have submitted your club’s logo before the promotion period ends. You can review promotion details here.

“Can other customers buy your products with our logo or artwork on it?”
Yes, but only with your permission. If you notice any copyright infringements, notify us immediately so we can remove the logo or artwork. While we do sell “branded” and unbranded products with, or without, 3rd party logos, this is by permission only.

“Will DockSwag return my logo or artwork that I mailed?”
No. Be sure you have a copy before you send us your logo or artwork.

“Do you offer a product warranty?”
Yes. Read our Return Policy.

“Can our club make money from the sale of merchandise that has our logo or artwork on it?”
No. DockSwag™ offers a convenient way to allow your members to buy when they want to, and wear what suits them best while sporting your club logo or artwork. No more having to buy in bulk and keep inventory. Any revenue is used to pay our bills and provide you with this service. For more information read our Terms and Conditions.

“Do I get a discount if I by bulk or will there be sales?”
Keep checking the store frequently as there are sales, and there will be super sales! Plus, new or exclusive items will appear on occasions. What’s more, you may save on shipping costs too, depending on the product and quantity.

“Is there a way to have only our club members buy products with our logo or artwork on them?”
This is possible to some degree. Conditions apply. Some of which is dependent on the completion of the above steps (Add My Club), following our Acceptable Content Guidelines, size of club, and/or purchase volume potential. In our store, you may notice private products that are customized and reserved for VIP clubs. The product page will say protected and requires a passcode.

“What are the printing methods you use?”
Our supplier uses several types. To learn more, go here.

“Will embroidery be included?”
It can be. This will depend on the artwork, and the product (see the methods link above). If you prefer a certain print method, include that in your email. We will try and make it happen.

“Can I just add my logo or artwork myself and buy it at checkout?”
This is a future feature.

“Does DockSwag charge a fee to add my logo or artwork to their merchandise?”
As long as you have submitted your club logo before the promotion ends, not one penny!

“Do you provide a logo design service?”
Unfortunately, no.

“Can I link your store to our website?”
Yes. However, include your website URL in an email first. That way, we can check to see if your website is appropriate and meets our acceptable content guidelines.

“Do I need an account?”
By registering an account, future transactions can be made easier.

“Can I request to have my logo affixed to the product in a different way or position?”
No. While this may be a future feature, your logo or artwork will be displayed and placed on products similar to where you see our logo or artwork. Some exclusions do apply.

“Do purchases get mailed directly to the club address?”
They can. Purchases are mailed to the customer’s specified address at checkout.

“We are looking for something specific, like blazers for our club members. Do you have those?”
We are constantly adding new products. Check back often.

“What does VIP status include, and what are the prerequisites?”
VIP status can include bulk discounts, targeted sales, and special offers. A limited ability to prevent general public access to specific apparel can also be included. By accepting our terms and conditions, adding your club, then linking our store to your club’s official website should be all that is needed. Provided that a successful review of your club, artwork, and application has been completed and accepted.

“Can I withdraw my permission to display, use, or sell my logo or artwork on your products?”
Absolutely. Simply email us with your credentials and ask to have your logo or artwork removed from our store.
